Regarding Insurance Billing and Funding for Services:

I can bill Cigna, Anthem, Aetna, United Health Care and UMR. However, all plans are different and may have varying deductible, copay amounts etc. Submission of a claim is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance carrier. If a client's insurance denies any claim, I must subsequently bill my client for services provided. I cannot bill Medicaid/Medicare/CHP+. I am also considered in or out of network with the insurance carriers above based on the parameters of each individual plan.

Aside from insurance, I am also on several EAP (Employee Assistance Program) panels, including:

• Ski Corp (3 sessions for all mountain employees),

• First Responder Wellness Program in Routt County,

• Compsych (used by UCHealth and other local businesses - 5 sessions); and 

• REPS (Reaching Everyone Preventing Suicide).

• Triad (3 sessions)

My standard fee is $150.00/therapy hour (50 minutes). I also offer a sliding fee scale based on financial hardship and/or need (I may request proof of financial hardship to support a fee reduction).
